Do you offer shipping across the entire United States?

Are the balloons shipped inflated or deflated?
To ensure the lowest shipping costs and to prevent damage during transit, all balloons are shipped flat and deflated. You can have them filled with helium or air at your local party store or by using a home inflation kit.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and original packaging items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have already been inflated.
