At Bargain Balloons USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your party supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened items. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, inflated or custom-printed products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened balloons and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your package via a tracked shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
